In case the product is covered by the above terms, the information for its replacement, which will be accompanied by photographic material, must be made within 3 working days from the day of its delivery. After the 3 working days, Paketo Stolismou will be released from its obligation to replace the product.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel your order you must inform us immediately before your products are shipped by courier or any other means because in this case you will be charged the cost of transporting them. Order cancellation is not possible for orders of candies or any personalized product. In case of non-completion of a complete product, the customer is obliged to buy the product depending on the stage they are at. The price is set based on the working hours and the cost of the materials where they were sold.

The final technical inspection for the approval and replacement of the product for any manufacturing error or material failure is done only if checked by the manufacturer and the responsibility for replacement is purely theirs. There will be no refund, only replacement of products.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
You have the right to replace products within 3 days from the date of delivery if they are defective.
In no case is a refund accepted, only replacement of the products and always if the product has not been removed from its packaging.
